Dazzle and Move With ME

Service Description

Move with me is a great way for children and adults to get involved in an extracurricular activity while improving motor skills, confidence, and socialization. The activities involved in this program can also be a unique and effective way to reach students. Through simple patterns, sequencing, and repetition, students will learn the basics of movement, rhythm, stretch, improve flexibility, and enjoy clapping and so forth. Some creative movement and yoga are incorporated into class, too.
