(LI) Kids Yoga class

Hiii sharing something fun for you guys for next Monday morning! Where are my mamas with littles at? I’ll be teaching a very basic class for your little one to be introduced to a few poses and learn how to move their body with yoga! Adults encouraged to support and join in with your little. Please bring a yoga mat or something of the like! Looking forward to getting to practice this with you! Good for little ones 2.5 - 8years old ♥️ right in North Babylon 🎉
